Winter is a difficult time for me. I love shooting outside in natural light, but when temperatures drop below 30 below, other options need to be available! Back in January I shot LC’s pictures at the Conservatory at the Como Zoo. I think it is a beautiful place and a perfect, warm escape during this cold season. The day turned out to be quite warm and sunny! But anyways, although it was not my first time shooting there, it was my first time driving myself there. I put my Garmin to the ultimate test! Xena, my warrior Garmin, took me to my destination without any problems. I’m getting more confident everyday with driving! I know, I sound like a 15-year-old that just got a license but that is not the case – I’m not 15 and I’ve had my license since April! The shoot went really well. This is my second time shooting LC and it is so nice to see how much she has grown in six months… Her best friend came along and there is a really sweet pic of the two of them below… Here is some of my favorites…
